The main outcome of the OJT programme is to enable you with skills that can help you perform the associated job, in your area of specialization, well and be ready for career progression. These skills will be clearly articulated at the beginning of the OJT Programme in the form of a Logbook.
Further, a record of activities conducted by you during the will be maintained on the Learning Management System (LMS) of the University. Grading will be provided on achievement of work-related outcomes as well as professional skills such as communication, time management, planning and organization, team-work, result orientation, etc.

Note : You need to choose your MBA specialization as per your existing work-area in your job. For instance, a marketing professional can pick marketing as his/her specialization only.
